CRUFTS 2007 - judge David Bradley (Newlin)

The very first Beagle in the ring, in the very first class was Sheriff - Veteran dog. Having only been shown once in nearly 2 years it was a real thrill to get placed 3rd in a super class of wonderful oldies.

He showed his socks off and David Bradley last judged him as a Minor puppy at the Welsh Beagle Club!!

George was next to be shown and although he went unplaced he was pulled out in the cut, as was Redcap Cardinal Punch.

Sheila did not let the side down and was placed third in a super class of lovely girls.

I cannot say how amazed I was when Jackie won what ended up the largest class of the day, she is a real trooper!

In second place was Georgina Kemp's Redcap Down Under To Timamso, Redcap's first and second - WOW!

Now came the moment of truth, Open Bitch - and what a stunning class. I thought I had thrown it by moving Ginger way too fast at the beginning but managed to settle my nerves and calm down a bit

(the only thing that lets my Beagles down is me lol). I was awestruck when Ginger won this class, she is such a star :). Her dear breeder Jane Millar in Australia was equally delighted.

The final line up of bitches, what a thrill to have 2 girls in it:

We did not win a CC but I will never forget this wonderful day. I will be grateful to the judge forever for liking my gang so much :).
